YOUnison’s Facebook group is an all-inclusive musical community creating an advocacy movement dedicated to music education. Through the means of action, reflection, and discussion, we are in pursuit of redefining what creativity, individualized learning, excellence, and collaboration means within our field of music.



Andrew E. Morrison

Andrew E. Morrison is the founder of YOUnison, and a Music Performance and Music Education Major at

West Chester University.

Jadon Hertzler

Jadon is currently a college student at West Chester University, majoring in Media & Culture. As a co-founder of YOUnison, his role includes being in charge of content creation and social media management. 

Chris Swantek

Chris is a student at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Music Education as a Saxophonist. As co-founder of YOUnison, SEL advocate, and advocate of the arts, he focuses on educational projects as well as educational psychology and philosophy. 

Emilie Ricciardi

Emilie Ricciardi is a Communications/Public Relations Major and Music minor at

Marist College. 

Jordan Reynolds

Jordon Reynolds is a Communications major at UNC Chapel Hill. A a singer/pianist by trade, but music has long been the fabric of my heart.

Hannah Melillo

Hannah Melillo is a Digital Technology and Emerging Media major and a Music minor at Fordham University.

Megan Reilly

Megan Reilly is a graduate of The College of New Jersey, where she received her Bachelor of Music in music education. Reilly maintains an active teaching career as a 4th-8th grade general, instrumental, and choral music teacher, and high school marching band director.
